United Way selects 2009-10 Campaign Cabinet

Local business professionals and philanthropists have been selected for the 2009-10 United Way of Martin County Campaign Cabinet led by Martin County Supervisor of Elections Vicki Davis.

The 2009-10 Campaign Cabinet includes:

Cabinet members generously support United Way through annual gifts and by donating their time in an effort to advance the common good in Martin County.

A cabinet member’s main duty is to schedule and conduct CEO calls on selected accounts to ask for their increased support for the employee campaign, corporate gift and personal leadership commitment.

Other duties include leading development activities for new business accounts, actively working with United Way staff and loaned executives throughout the campaign, and demonstrating the positive impact United Way makes in the community.
