CHARACTER COUNTS! is calling
all good sports for the fourth annual “Tee It Up for
Character” golf tournament.
Players and sponsors are needed
to support the one-and-only fund-raiser for the
CHARACTER COUNTS! program in Martin County.
The tournament will be played
at Monarch Country Club on Thursday, April 27. The
scramble will begin at 1 p.m. and will be followed
by a buffet, awards ceremony and auction. Golf
packages to be auctioned include rounds at Jupiter
Island Club, The Medalist, Loblolly, Harbour Ridge,
Mariner Sands and Willoughby Club.

who recently covered the Winter Olympics in Torino,
Italy, will be
leaving the ice and hitting the greens in support of
CHARACTER COUNTS! A
corporate sponsorship of $3,000 is available for a
foursome to play the tourney with Ray.
Other sponsorship opportunities are available,
including the chance to be a tee sponsor for $100.
The entry fee is $125 per
player, which includes the dinner buffet and goodie
bags. Each participant also will receive a free
future round of golf at Monarch
and a 2006 Enjoyment Dining Out book.
