Why I
Believe in Leaving A Legacy . . .
“As a Stuart native, I have witnessed first-hand the valuable service of the United Way to our community. As an estate and trusts attorney, I frequently meet with clients who are looking for opportunities for their values and influence to shape our community of tomorrow.
For many, this can be surprisingly difficult since we cannot predict the needs that will exist many years after an estate plan is completed. That is where the United Way and the Foundation come in.
The Foundation effectively enhances the United Way's unique ability to meet the community's future needs by creating a permanent endowment fund to allow donors to support future needs in perpetuity. Through this endowment fund, donors can rest assured that their legacy will leave a maximum impact on not just the community's current needs, but future needs as well.”
