INTRODUCTION

The Martin County Interagency Coalition is pleased to present Sourcebook 2005. This resource lists all the health and social services agencies that participate in the Interagency Coalition and includes a link to a profile of most of them. It also contains a statement of the economic impact that coalition members have on our community.

Membership in the coalition is open to all not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, governmental entities, other coalitions or groups and individuals working to improve health and human services in Martin County.

The purpose of our organization is three-fold:

  • Education – to improve the quality of the services we provide.
  • Collaboration – to maximize opportunities to provide services cost-effectively.
  • Advocacy – on behalf of our member organizations and the clients they serve.

The Sourcebook is intended to provide you with an easy reference to agencies within our community, their contact information, mission statements, as well as a description of their services and the constituents they serve.

Our members are committed to improving the well-being of our community and to strengthening its social fabric. They are knowledgeable about the needs and resources that exist in Martin County.
